Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.

Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, participation as a Virtual Curator does not automatically create an employer-employee, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency, or other formal legal relationship with Fashion Honey’s Boutique.

Any compensation, commissions, discounts, incentives, affiliate arrangements, or other benefits offered to a Virtual Curator will be governed by the specific terms applicable to that program.

If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, testimonial, suggestion, or other content to Fashion Honey’s Boutique, you represent that you have the right to submit it.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, infringing, intentionally misleading, or malicious.
